The useful particulars
Who may stay with us?+
The estate is reserved for adult guests aged 18 and over, consistent with our gaming licence and the tone of the resort. Valid government-issued photo identification may be requested on arrival. Children are warmly received at our sister property in the same bay — the concierge will gladly arrange the booking and transfers between the two estates.
May I bring a pet?+
Certain ground-floor suites and our Garden Villas welcome pets on request, with a one-off cleaning charge added to your stay. We provide a complimentary welcome amenity for your dog (bed, bowls, treats), a walking service twice daily, and grooming on request. Cats are welcome in carriers but our suites do not have litter facilities — please tell us ahead of time.
Is airport transfer available?+
Yes. Chauffeured Mercedes or Rolls-Royce transfers can be organised when you reserve, or as late as two hours before you arrive. Guests pressed for time may use our helipad, open from 07:00 to 22:00, with a twelve-minute flight from the international airport. Either service can be billed to your suite.
How do cancellations work?+
Bookings may be cancelled without charge up to fourteen days before arrival. Cancellations within fourteen days are charged the first night; no-shows are charged the full stay. Suites and villas booked under our Best Available Rate may be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. We always recommend travel insurance.

Founded in 1997 on a private stretch of Mediterranean shore, Onyxmountainreserve was built for guests who judge worth by how a place makes them feel, not by what it puts on show. We opened with six rooms, a kitchen, and a small bar. Today we have 90 keys, three restaurants and one private gaming salons, but the original kitchen still serves dinner every night.
From the casino floors to the spa terraces, every room and every ritual is shaped by people who have devoted their careers to hospitality. Our head sommelier has been with us for many years. Continuity is not a slogan here; it is the whole idea.
We hold a five-star rating from every guide that counts, yet the praise we treasure most is the one we cannot hang on a wall: more than 60 percent of our reservations each year come from guests who have stayed with us before. That is the only figure we track.
